Captive Auto Finance maintains a Written Information Security Program (WISP) including:

- Multi-factor authentication for employee system access
- Regular employee training on privacy and data handling
- Third-party provider contracts with privacy and security obligations
- Ongoing monitoring and auditing of security controls
- Access or request correction of your personal information
